Get ready
Soooo,
Not gonna lie, it's tough to create a menu today for something that you hope will be in it's prime
2 weeks from now. At the same time, I worry that it would be bad business to ask you
to make reservations for a dinner, without knowing said menu.
Here's what's gonna happen....Tomorrow morning I am going to my favorite markets and speaking
with my most trusted purveyors. In the afternoon, I will finalize the menu, and leave a little room for flexibility.....fair?
Hell, you're paying 45 bucks a head, the least I can do is make sure we're all on the same page.
So y'all get ready, cuz something goods about to happen in Manoa!

A man A plan.....Plancha
So......having been given the rare opportunity to spend a few minutes thinking,
I've decided to feed some folks. I'm hoping that you are one of them.
On Sept 5, a Monday night, Plancha will be serving it's first meal.
We will be cooking and serving dinner at Morning Glass cafe in the Manoa Valley late at night.
We'll be open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week, and dinner will be served at 8pm.
Usually, there will be 4 or 5 courses, but who knows, some nights,
maybe we'll go crazy and do one great big buffet or go family style.
As I figure out blogging a little better, I will be keeping you informed of current running menus,
as well as seating availability, but in general we will have 20 seats every night,
and due to the fact that I am carrying a limited amount of supplies, there will be no room
for substitutions. After all......we are just a little pop up!
